How to Disable/Enable Bounce Effect of Dock Icons

Step 1

Click on Apple logo > Dock and Dock Preferences option

Step 2

Simply un-check the check box for Animate opening applications to disable bounce effect and check the box if you want to apply bounce effect for dock icons again

Step 3

To make the change effective just close the window and you are done.
