How to Reset HTC HD7 to Factory Settings using Buttons

Removing the battery from the phone is not necessary. If you simply power off the phone, then follow steps 2-4 you’ll be good.

I bought a used T-Mobile HTC HD7 windows phone in Nigeria but cannot send text messages. I can only recieve. I have done the factory reset but the problem persist. The phone does not save the network message center number when entered. plse I need help. what do I do.
