That would be great, but I did exactly that and it still keeps trying to connect to the “forgotten network” . Then I try to go back and repeat the steps and the option to ‘Forget this Network’ is no longer there!

My internet connection keeps saying I’ve entered the password incorrectly. I KNOW I have the right PW. I tried to forget the network but where you show an arrow I have a circle with an I inside. Now what?

TrickyWays November 28, 2013, 5:16 am

“i in a circle icon” same as an arrow, tap on it and choose Forgot this network. Your wireless router password may be case-sensitive so make sure you are typing correct upper or lowercase letters.

I can not take wifi off my phone. Do not want any thing on my phone including the things that’s showed up on my screen. I want to delete everything to do with it.

Within my wifi guest locations field I have a wifi guest location listed that wont delete (can’t even go to others listed (it highlights but won’t go to the available sites). How can I remove this site?

Gary April 10, 2017, 7:52 am

Have a guest site that highlights for removal when tapping the screen but it won’t take me to other (preferred) guest signal sites. Locked for some reason. Suggestions for returning my IPod 5 to capturing wifi for use???
