The instructions below will help you to set up FaceTime on your iPad 2 device that will make it possible to make video phone calls over WiFi network.
How to Set up FaceTime on the iPad 2
Note: FaceTime may not be available in all countries or regions.
Step-1
Tap “Settings” icon on Home screen of your iPad 2
Step-2
In left panel tap on “FaceTime” option, and in right panel “Enter Apple ID” to Sign In
Note: If you do not have Apple ID then proceed through “Create New Account” button and follow the on screen instructions to get Apple account.
Step-3
On next screen it will verify your added email address for FaceTime which will be used by people to call you on iPad 2 and tap Next
Step-4
FaceTime ON/OFF slider will get ON which means FaceTime is activated on your iPad 2
If you wish to associate any other email account to your FaceTime then just click on “Add Another Email…” option there to proceed further.
