How to Create a Shortcut to Any Control Panel Item in Windows 8 / 8.1

There are few Windows 8 Control Panel settings that you may frequently access. To access any settings you need to go to the control panel and open it after few clicks except those which available under context menu of start button. I found a way to create shortcut icon for any Control Panel item right on your desktop for easy and quick access or you can add it to Start.

I tried to add these icons to the Taskbar but Windows don’t allow this. There are few icons like Add features to Windows, and Folder options that you can’t add to Start.
