I am having major trouble. So I received a new iPhone 6 for Christmas and trying to get it up and running. Well apparently when I get to the part of the section where it states “choose backup” according to the my latest phone backup (iPhone iOS 9.2 required) so I turn my iPhone on and it says that I have no updates & currently up todate with the IOS 9.2. Hmmm
I know and remember about 2 weeks ago I had to reset my phone (5) due to problems with my passcode and other major problems. Idk.. Maybe something got messed up there, but apparently now my 5 THINKS it has 9.2 (maybe it does/doesn’t) but it’s sending out info to other sorces(I.e. My new 6 phone) that I still am only at 9.1 and now am stuck with not being able to start formatting this new 6 phone. So I was wondering if I could just download the iOS new software again. Any help would be appreciated
