- First open All Settings from notification panel and then head to Windows Update.
- Now click on Check for updates button in Windows Update.
- If there is no update found or you directly want windows 10 anniversary update then simply click to Learn more link.
- When you click on Learn more you will be taken to Microsoft support page, here you can get windows 10 anniversary update by clicking in Get the Anniversary Update Now button, a small app named Microsoft Assistant will download to your drive.
- After download compete the download, run the app and simply click on Update Now button. It will check the system compatibility and start to download in background windows 10. Download is depends on your internet connection speed. That’s it, this will only upgrade your windows installation, your data like, apps, files even you wallpaper remains unchanged.
