      • Under "Mail, Contracts, Calendars" the only account listed is the one I want to keep. The email account that I want to delete is the one connected to the "Mail" icon on the main screen, which is Gmail. I want to "sign out" of the gmail account, but unlike on my laptop, there is no "sign out" option. What I want to do, is replace the gmail email account with a new email account.

  • I have shaw mail, I receive my mail but the outgoing server does not work? Shaw doesn't know how to fix this. Any ideas on what the outgoing server should read?

    • Check this link for incoming and outgoing mail server address
      shaw.ca/en-ca/CustomerCare/InternetSupport/Residential/Email/UsingEmail/SetUpMyEmailProgram.htm

  • I tried unsuccessfully to add an exchange email account. Now, when I want to try again, I'm told there is already an exchange account on the iPad so I cannot add another, but no exchange account shows up in the list! Don't know how to edit settings and/or delete to start over since account is not listed. Can anyone help?

    • Delete Exchange account form iPad
On iPad home screen tap "Settings" icon
Tap "Mail, Contact, and Calendars" option
      Select Exchange account from list
      Tap the "Delete Account" button

      • Of course, I know that is the usual way. But, as I said, no Exchange account is showing up, so there is nothing to select to be deleted. That is the problem.
