The iOS 7 is compatible with iPhone 5, 4S, 4, iPod Touch 5G, iPad with Retina display, iPad 2 and iPad Mini. Apple does not include support for iPhone 3GS and iPod Touch 4 in iOS 7.

iOS 7 Release Date
iOS 7 beta 1 is released to developers whereas the final release of iOS 7 is expected in this fall with the next iteration of iPhone.
