Unlock Developer Options on Samsung Galaxy S4
Step-1
Tap on “Settings” menu on Galaxy S4, and then “About Device”
Step-2
Scroll down to Build Number and tap on it 7 times repeatedly, in result you will see a message “Developer mode has been enabled”
Now, go back to About Device and there you will find “Developer Options” enabled
