Apple seeded the second beta of macOS Sierra 10.12.2 to developers; it’s released just after the two days of macOS Sierra 10.12.2 beta 1. This second beta comes with build number 16C32f. first beta build number was 16C32e, it’s a small update and doesn’t look the full second beta.
Just two days before apple released the all five new betas to their platforms, which include iOS 10.2, macOS Sierra 10.12.2, watchOS 3.1.1, tvOS 10.1 and Xcode 8.2 beta 1. In the first beta release there are major changes that found was just in iOS but all the other released was just minor bug fixes.
According to the AppleInsider, macOS Sierra 10.12.2 beta 2 build is a just small incremental update for macOS but don’t have the several bug fixes. The bug that is capable of crushing is still found.

As developers expected the second beta is also comes with emojis Unicode 9 character, which was introduces in iOS 10.2 beta 1 two days ago.
macOS Sierra 10.12.2 beta 2 build number 16C32f is available for developers as over the air but still labeled as beta 1.
