Apple released the beta 5 of iOS 12.3, macOS Mojave 10.14.5, tvOS 12.3 and watchOS 5.2.1 to developers for testing. The public beta will be also available soon. These betas are available for developers who joined Apple developers program or public beta tester program and who also have compatible iOS devices.
iOS 12.3 Beta 5
Apple released iOS 12.3 beta 5 for testing right after one week of beta 4 releases and after almost one month and some days of third beta of iOS 12.3 which introduced the new Animoji, Apple News+ and more. This beta 5 comes with build number 16F5155a and it’s available for developer program users. This build of iOS 12.3 beta 5 is available for all the Apple compatible devices like the iPhone and iPad. Apple rapidly released its beta version to both Apple developers and public beta testers. It’s the fifth beta of iOS 12.3.

The system fails to register tickets stapled to installer packages not scanned by Gatekeeper, which causes newly installed kernel extensions to fail to load if Internet access isn’t available. This can occur if a user launches installation from a local folder or an enterprise uses automated tools to deploy an installer. This issue doesn’t affect stapled disk images, apps, or kext bundles. Workaround: In a new folder, create a shell script named preinstall to register the stapled ticket during install:

Apple TV owners can update their tvOS to final version by heading over to software update System > Maintenance > Software Update.
WatchOS 5.2.1 beta 5
WatchOS 5.2.1 beta 5 is also released with some bug fixes and some under the hood performance improvements. There is no major update or changes found in this build of WatchOS 5.2.1 beta 5. It build number is 16U5113a.
After the configuration profile on Apple developers program, then the new watchOS beta version can is downloaded through iPhone watch app by navigating to General>Software Update.
