Yahoo Password Recovery

Only with few simple steps, you will be able to Recover Yahoo Password if you have forgotten it.

Open the mail.yahoo.com and click on  “I can’t access my account”

if you are using Yahoo Messenger run it and then click the link labeled as “Forgot Your Password” right at the bottom of your Yahoo Messenger window.

on next page select the option “I have Problem with my password” “I forgot my password” and click Next.

There you will be asked for your Yahoo ID and to enter the word-verification code generated below. Give it, and click Next.

Give your alternate email address that you given at signup time, Yahoo will send your password on that email. Note: like your other web service company. (mojjo@hotmail.com) or you can choose second method “i can’t access any of the above (Secret Question method)” Click Next.

Your password will be sent to your email account you entered in the previous page within few seconds. Visit your email account (previously mentioned), follow the instruction in the email and you are done.

    • Hi my e-mail i.d. is *@yahoo.com i dont know my yahoo password and security answer. It asks me where did you spend your honeymoon and I never used that question and it does not ask for my alternate e-mail i.d. please help its very urgent that i get that e-mail ID working

        • I came to your site trying to find a way to recover my Yahoo mail. In which I ran into the same thing I have everywhere else. Just a run down of what is a typical run of the mill "can't remember your password" routine. Well I got a problem that even YAHOO can't fix and I've got almost 200 messages in my mail box I'd like to recover. But My issue is I caught my wife cheating with 2 men... Well if that's what u wanna call them, but one was a Richmond City Police Officer. Wow!! But anyway.... I was having all my PI INFORMATION sent to my e-mail address. Come to find out my friend was the other guy. He told her. And of course she has changed my password and the question to " what's the nickname of my youngest son?" Tried it. But the only thing is the youngest is a girl. Which she conceived after separation and says its mine. Lol. Anyway. HELP ME GET MY MAIL PLEASE. I NEED MY INFO. WE R DUE IN COURT SOON!!!!

    • I have tried recovering my other yahoo account password using the send a link to alternate email link but I never receive an email I also can't recover it using a number because I no longer have access to it it seems that I can't get or find help for my problem I've tried going to the yahoo help page and I can't find a solution anywhere!

      There are important information in that email that I can't access I am at my wits end.

  • Yahoo is lame when it come to mobile! Has any one tried to reset a password from an iPhone... Totally hard if not impossible to do!

      Don't share any account info. like birth date, code, etc.
      If you forgot your password and secret questions as well but remembers the account details (Name, date of birth) then
      use this Yahoo sign in help form to recover your yahoo password

      • my problem is same as number 5 question but the difeerence is my yahoo is been hacked by a hacker and she change my password and my secret question and answer and my alternate email too.. i send email already to the customer service but until now no respond o reply from them...i need to recover my yahoo password coz i have some imporatnt filed in my yahoo email...please help me to recover my yahoo password i did already what u advise to number 5 question and im waiting for your reply in my email.. is it possible my yahoo password back to me !! thanks so much i wait the reply
