To remove all hyperlinks from Word document that comes with copied text from website. There is a simple way to remove all hyperlinks from word file.
Remove all hyperlinks form word file at once:
Select all text by pressing Ctrl+A and then press Ctrl+Shift+F9 all hyperlinks will be removed at once.
The links color and formating will not change you need to do it using Clear Formating command.
Another simple way to remove hyperlinks, paste the copied text into Notepad first, recopy and then paste into word file.

EXCELLENT! This method wiped out all hyperlinks in a table which had been selected and copied on a Web page and then pasted into a Word 2007 document by use of the "Paste" command on the Home Ribbon. The table contained many hyperlinks and removing each of them individually by using Word 2007's context menu would have been a gigantic annoyance. This method removed all of the many links in all cells of the entire table "in one fell swoop" and it did NOT remove any of the desired table formatting! THANKS! (I paste enormous amounts of text from Web pages to my local word processing files. Almost all of that text is pasted via the Word 2007 menu, via the Paste button on the left end of the Home Ribbon, in order to obtain Plain Text which I can then reformat as desired in my local files. I use the "Paste" button "directly" (It functions like the keystroke combination Ctrl+V) for "Web tables" because I want to retain their table formatting. I assume they're formatted as tables in HTML. I don't want to paste them into my local files as Plain Text. Instead, I hope I can retain their table formatting in my local files, so I'm not forced to re-create that formatting. Word 2007 must be able to convert any HTML table formatting to its own table formatting, and I'm usually successful with this method of "converting" Web tables to tables in local Word 2007 DOCX files.)
To the site moderator: I didn't realize that bracketing my reference to the Word 2007 Plain Text "Paste" menu with "greater than" and "less than" signs would cause your site to skip over the text. Would you please correct my text to read:
...Almost all of that text is pasted via the Word 2007 "Paste\Paste Special\Unformatted Text" menu... ?

Can some1 tell me how to remove multiple hyperlinks from a file that i pasted in my word file .. i tried cntrl+shift+f9 it may worked for word 2003 but i have a word 2010 starter ..

Just like the instructions say, by selecting everything to want to remove its links and pressing ctrl+shift+f9 you will remove all of the links BUT YOU WON'T REMOVE ITS FONT FORMAT (font color, size, underline, etc.).
