To open and use .Bin or .Cue file, normally you have to burn those on a CD or DVD, but this is not a suitable approach suppose if you just need to use any .Bin or .Cue file only once.
In that case you can use virtual disk emulator tools as Daemon and Mame which allows user to read .Bin or .Cue files without burning on disks, and open those files directly on computer.
