About two weeks ago Apple pushed OS X Lion 10.7.3 build 11d16 to developers and now Mac OS X 10.7.3 build 11D24 update is out there which includes some fixes. This is recommended to developers to focus on Address Book, Mail, iCloud Document Storage, and iCal features of the latest OS X 10.7.3 build.
