I have a blue screen that says “Downloading… Do not turn off target”
I have held the power button down for 45 seconds and it still will not power off. I have also tried the power/volume combo to get the phone unfrozen. What other options do I have?

You must be in Downloading mode and to exit from it you need to press the following button simultaneously POWER + HOME + VOL-UP + VOL-DOWN.

Keep holding all button and release when you see black screen.

Please make sure you just pressing VolumeUp+Home+Power simultaneously. Your phone seems in the downloading mode which shows you pressing the wrong combination.
