In June iH8sn0w released iFaith v1.1 SHSH dumper tool for iOS, which is now updated to version 1.4 that includes support to dump SHSH blobs for iOS 5.0.x and also creates a pre-signed IPSW.
For the users who are not familiar, the iFaith can save SHSH blobs for any installed version of iOS firmware on your iDevice whereas other tools like Tinyumbrella and Make My Life Easier in Cydia can only save SHSH blobs for the latest iOS firmware.
