How to Flash JellyBam ROM on Samsung Galaxy S II

JellyBam is a custom ROM released by XDA Developers’ member iGio90 for Samsung Galaxy S II GT-i9100 which combines features of PanaroidAndroid, AOKP and CyanogenMod. Now, if you wish to install JellyBam ROM on your Galaxy S II GT-i9100 then continue reading after break.

Note: Backup your device and disable security software if you have installed on your Samsung Galaxy S II GT-i9100 before proceeding for the process to flash custom ROM. Battery of your mobile must be fully charged.

Flash Install JellyBam ROM on Samsung Galaxy S II

Step-1

Download JellyBam ROM on your computer, and copy it to the internal SD card of your Galaxy S II GT-i9100

Step-2

Turn OFF your mobile and to boot it into “Recovery mode”, press and hold “Volume Up” + “Power” + “Home” buttons until it shows Recovery menu

Step-3

Go through “Backup and restore” > “Backup” to create a Nandroid backup of the installed ROM of your device which you may require in future

Step-4

Now select options in this sequence by confirming the on-screen actions like “wipe data/factory reset” > “wipe cache partition”

Step-5

From main menu, select “Advanced” > “wipe Dalvik cache”

Step-6

Select “install zip from SD card” > “choose zip from SD card”, browse for downloaded JellyBam.zip file from internal SD card and let it complete installation

Step-7

Select “Reboot system now” from Recovery main menu

Note: Your Samsung Galaxy S II may take few minutes to boot with newly installed JellyBam ROM, so be patient.
