Recover Facebook Messages

As a first step, you need to login to your Facebook account. After this you go to the messages option present on the top right frame, click on, a drop down will appear showing all of your messages present in your inbox, click “See-All” in the bottom.

When you do this, a new window will open up in which all of your messages will be shown. In this same window, you will see “More” button on the left side of the screen. Click on it and again a drop down will appear. You will see an option of “Archived” in this drop-drop.

Now once you see the list of all of your archived messages, you select the message which you want to retrieve. Go to the “Actions” button present on the right side of the screen and click on “Unarchive”.

Your message will go back into your inbox. You can select as many messaged you want to retrieve; you just need to repeat the process again.

This is quite a simple method of retrieving messages from Facebook. If you are wondering how to retrieve messages which you have even removed from archived folder then there might be no such option available for that. Facebook has not yet provided to retrieve such messages which you have deleted completely.

As a good practice, it is recommended that you archive your messages and delete only those which you think are totally useless, because who knows when you might want to look into a conversation?
