NotCom has released TinyUmbrella v6.13 that includes support to save iOS 6.1.3 SHSH blobs for the users of jailbroken iDevices. According to NotCom tweet:
“TU 6.13.00 supports iOS 6.1.3. Would have added apticket validation but couldn’t get it in. It’ll be in 6.13.01.”
