How to Disable Animation and Parallax Effects in iOS 7

Apple’s iOS 7 was released with 200+ new features and a lot of graphical enhancements are also the part of new iOS, and out of those are parallax and animation effects. The iOS 7 parallax effect makes the wallpapers moving behind the icons of Springboard on your device, whereas the animation effect works just like before as in the prior versions of iOS.

How to Disable the Animation and Parallax Effects

Step-1

Simply tap on “Settings” from Springboard

Step-2

Tap on “General” and from its menu tap on “Accessibility” option

Step-3

Under “Accessibility” select “Reduce Motion”

Tap on the ON/OFF slider followed by “Reduce Motion” to switch it ON with green colour and thats it
