Android : On devices using Android tap on dots menu at top right-corner > More and then select Email Chat.
iOS : On iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch you need to tap on person or group name at the top, scroll down to the bottom select ‘Export Chat’.
- A pop-up window will show and ask “Attaching media will generate a large email message” including two option attach media or without media files like Images, Videos/Audio. Select one option which want. It will start initializing to backup chat conversation.
- To send an email of this backup, It will asks you to select email app or automatically open you Gmail app (depends on your conversation size). Compose email, send it to your desired email and you are done.
