Transfer Files Using Bluetooth on Samsung Galaxy Tab

If you want to transfer documents, pictures, videos or other stuff through bluetooth on Samsung Galaxy Tab then see how to pair your Galaxy Tab with other Bluetooth enabled devices and send or receive files.

Step-1

Press “Menu” button on your Samsung Galaxy tab

Step-2

Tap on “Settings” > “Wireless and Networks”

Step-3

Tap on “Bluetooth Settings” and make sure Bluetooth is turned ON by tapping on “Bluetooth” and then tap on “Scan devices”

Step-4

Your Galaxy Tab will detect bluetooth enabled devices nearby. So, tap on that one to which you want to transfer files

Step-5

It will ask for “Bluetooth pairing request confirmation”, now if you already have pairing password then press “Accept” button otherwise use 0000 or 1234 as bluetooth pairing pin. After a while, the status of your specific bluetooth enabled device will be changed to “Paired”

Step-6

Now, suppose to transfer a picture from your Galaxy Tab through bluetooth, press “Home” button then tap on “Applications” > “Gallery”

Tap on your required picture, press “Menu” button and then tap on “Share” menu > “Bluetooth” and again select your device from the list of all available ones which is paired to transfer files and press “OK” for transfer confirmation and this is all.

Ok, I’ve gotten that far, thanks. Now can you tell me if there is a way to download all of the photos on my phone – say 10 to 15 – at once, or at least one right after the other, without having to go through the entire procedure to send each individual image?

have followed the same steps,but i was not able to transfer the file from my samsung galaxy y duos to the laptop.However vicevarsa is done successfully.
